DESCRIPTION:M.A.M.A. Meetup: Spring Into Health\nJoin us for a special M.A.M.A. Meetup: Spring Into Health\, a community gathering designed to support moms and families as we welcome a new season of movement\, nourishment\, and connection. \nThis meetup is co-hosted with registered dietitian Shauna Dixon of Dixon Dietetics\, who will guide a brief conversation on simple\, realistic ways moms can support their health and energy through nutrition during pregnancy\, postpartum\, and motherhood. \nWe’ll begin with a relaxed\, stroller-friendly walk on a kid-friendly trail\, followed by a short wellness conversation and time for questions\, community connection\, and play for the little ones. \nThis is a come-as-you-are space for mothers and families to connect\, breathe\, and take small steps toward caring for themselves while caring for their families. \nThere is no pressure to walk fast\, exercise intensely\, or have everything figured out—just an opportunity to move your body\, enjoy fresh air\, and learn something supportive for your health.
