DESCRIPTION:M.A.M.A. Meetup: Loving Yourself Through Transitions in Parenthood\nTherapist-Led Virtual Support for Parents and Expecting Parents \nHosted by the M.A.M.A. Community Foundation\, with support from M.A.M.A. Mom’s Advocate & Maternal Advisor\, LLC. \nParenthood—and the transition into parenthood—brings ongoing emotional\, relational\, and identity changes. From pregnancy and early parenting to later stages of caregiving\, these transitions can feel overwhelming when faced alone. \nThis therapist-led virtual community meetup offers a supportive space for expecting parents and parents at any stage to reflect\, connect\, and receive emotional support. Guided by licensed clinicians\, the conversation will focus on self-compassion\, emotional wellness\, and navigating the mental and emotional transitions of parenthood in a grounded\, practical way. \nThis is a warm\, judgment-free gathering designed to support maternal and family mental health.
