ESSENTIAL CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
Free online workshops that empower you with evidence-based knowledge for a confident birth and postpartum transition, available to any family across the nation.
Free Birth Doula Services
Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period, provided by trained and compassionate doulas, serving families within DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Community Connections
Access to trusted resources and community events providing families with support that nurtures perinatal care, connection, and overall wellness, for families in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.

We are dedicated to supporting all families, and we prioritize connecting with parents who may
benefit most from completely free, compassionate support, including:
Families navigating financial barriers (such as those receiving Medicaid or without health insurance).
Parents from diverse communities who have historically lacked access to respectful, quality care
(including LGBTQ+ parents, communities of color, and those with disabilities).
Individuals with complex needs (including survivors of domestic or sexual violence/abuse, and those with unique life experiences).
