Welcome to the website of M.A.M.A. Community Foundation, Inc. (“MCF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). MCF is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The website located at www.mamacommunity.org (the “Site”) provides access to educational resources, community programs, support information, and opportunities to engage with or support our charitable mission.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. We may revise these Terms at any time without notice, and we encourage users to review them regularly.
Your use of the Site also constitutes agreement with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, each incorporated by reference.
1. Educational and Non-Medical Information
The Site may offer general information related to pregnancy, childbirth, family support, postpartum wellness, perinatal mental health, and community resources. This information is intended solely for educational and informational purposes consistent with our nonprofit mission. It is not medical advice.
The Site does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care. You should always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical questions.

MCF offers virtual childbirth education, workshops, webinars, support groups, and other community-based resources. Educational materials—including videos, slides, handouts, and digital toolkits—are protected intellectual property.

Share login credentials for virtual programs
Use educational content for professional training or commercial purposes
All educational materials are provided for individual use only.
5. Donations and Charitable Contributions
The Site may allow users to make charitable contributions to MCF.
All donations are voluntary and typically non-refundable, except as required by law.
Donation processing may occur through third-party platforms (e.g., Give Lively), which have separate terms and policies.
MCF is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Consult a tax professional for guidance.
